I made fish tacos tonight, tilapia. They were awesome.

I fried u some Ribeyes with Corn on the cob, and zucchini tonight

Very easy, made them like food truck style tacos.
Just bake the fish like you normally would with whatever spices you like. I use lemon, dill, black pepper.
Corn tortillas, fresh radish, cilantro, queso fresco. Then salsa or whatever hot sauce you prefer, or even sour cream.
Bake fish, warm tortillas on skillet, assemble tacos with whatever you want.
