I've downloaded some television shows that I needed to catch up on onto my iTunes... I'm having quite the annoying problem. It downs loads 1 regular episode and 1 HD episode. I pause the HD downloads (more space, and my PC isnt HiDef so I dont really want it) and 'delete' them from the download list. Problem is anytime I down load a song now, all my 'downloads available' pop up and begin to download, which are the HD ones that I dont want to download. Is there any way to truly get rid of them??? I dont care if I paid for 2 of the same epidsode, I dont want em'.

iTunes/Preferences/Store, then uncheck "Automatically download pre-purchased content".

Of course, the drawbacks of this are that you will need to MANUALLY download your content if you do this, so depending on how many shows you regularly download, this may be MORE of a pain the stopping the ones you don't want.

Why are you paying to catch up on shows???? Hulu and the website of the channel (nbc.com, etc.) allow you to watch previous shows for free.
