Ump helping the Padre hitters by not calling strikes that should be. Leake threw a beautiful breaking ball that should have made it 0-2 on Kennedy that made it 1-1 instead and then he singled in the 2nd run.

It's a DISH problem because I have it up here in NCent Ohio. Been focusing on the Tribe game because of that since they aren't fucked up. After catching the end of the Pirates on MLB Network, was pumped to watch more NL Central ball, but, fuck, that SD look. Why does Billy try to get his hand under the leg stealing 2nd when the outside of the base was available and the throw was low and the SS moved toward home. Billy looks like he hurt himself also!

Lead-off single in the 3rd and 2,3,4 batters can do nothing with it even though they also get a SB mixed in.

Leake frequently getting too much of the plate, and BP down a step with his sore heel is costing the Reds on defense.

I agree, but it has been keeping him from getting outs on plays he would ordinarily make. Told ya guys that this could be a 1-2 series. Coming off a 4 game sweep against the division leaders was going to probably lead to a subpar series against the bad team.

No one disagreed it "could be"...it's MLB baseball but few of us were acceptable of not winning the series.

Just have seen this way too often so I tried to temper my enthusiasm going into the series and be accepting of a 1-2 set instead of accepting only 2-1/3-0 and being disappointed.
Will be interesting if they just mail it in and put forth min effort on this last game of the left coast roadie.
