The 4 of July is next Friday weekend of fireworks....
in my neighborhood we donate to one family he and his family sets up firework display... In general he buys all the fireworks after the 4th and stores them till the following year... with donation and what he spends about 3000.00

I spend for my self is around 100.00 this year with the grandkids I bought early at the flea market flying lanterns. Petty cool the kids love to watch them slowly fly away in the distance.

How much do you spend on fireworks?

I buy whatever beer has the most American can on the 4th, and then drink a case of it while I burn at the pool. Then grill for dinner and go downtown. It's a great tradition.

More like the dryness would set California in flames. Which may or may not be a bad thing.

...spent too much $$$$ for years on fireworks for the kids, now it's time to watch others from a safe distance with my phone pre-dialed for 911....just in case somebody fucks up!

I don't spend anything on fireworks, and neither does anyone in our fam. I do like to see a couple good shows each year. One is usually Rock n' Blast at the Indians game (which is not actually on or near the 4th), and I try to go to Night Under Fire at Norwalk Raceway (also not on or near the 4th).

North Canton has a good firework display, plus it easy to tailgate with the grandkids....
