I've rasied many flags at Tony Packo's back in the old days...

I like to frequent a local dive in Hell's Kitchen. Rudy's, total shithole...it's great.

I miss Gallo's in Columbus, that was my spot. Great food too.

The Tavern, Olde Towne East.

I'll occasionally stop by Black Creek Bistro for a drink but I avoid the food anymore

Chappy's Tap Room - around Dayton, maybe West Carrollton specifically
Dr. Lucky's - Mitchell, South Dakota, delicious wings to go along with beverage
Ramsey's - Lexington, Kentucky, it's a restaurant, but it's my favorite there
The Monarch - Wichita, Kansas, great selection of brews, wish I lived a little closer to go there more often
Federal Bar and Grill - Denver, Colorado, just had it for the first time last weekend. Delicious place. Microbrewery, which Denver is littered with them.

My old fave, Bacassio's in Akron, closed recently. :( It was an amazing shithole.

Not really sure any of these are my favorite, but we probably frequent them the most:

On Tap in Montrose and Portage Lakes
Johnny J's in Springfield
Matinee in Highland Square
Wilbert's in Cleveland

When I lived in Toledo, it was OB's, Nick and Jimmy's, Jake's and Six Pack.

I liked Arnie's, but it was always insanely crowded. Not a fan of that.

What no Loma Linda's ..... When I lived in Perrysburg early 70's, the original hole in the wall Loma Linda's was a crazy place. There where times the wife and I wonder how we got home and why the VW was covered in avocado dip ... :)

Nope, never been.

I did celebrate my 21st birthday at a spectacular hole in the wall, Russ' Lounge on Dorr Street. Good times.

The Toll House Tavern in Union is a good place too.

Was just there last week--still good, no longer a hole in the wall (completely remodeled and expanded), and not nearly as crazy--MADD and the OHSP right across the street took care of that.
