I like Jim Gaffigan and Louis C.K. Ron White isn't too bad either. I'm sure there are more that I like but I can't think of their names.

My favs:

Mitch Hedberg (awesome live as well, sadly passed away a few years ago just a couple months after I saw him...)
Brian Regan (great CDs, and possibly my favorite comedian to see live)
Jim Gaffigan
Stephen Lynch (hilarious live and great CD's, he sings songs, not traditional stand-up)
Jerry Seinfeld
Dmitri Martin
Zach Galifianakis (I started following him in about 1999 or 2000, loved his style, and now everyone probably knows him from Hangover)
Tom Wilson (Biff from Back to the Future, I have his CDs and saw him live, pretty funny as a comic)

I love too many to name. Cedric the Entertainer is funny, so is Katt Williams. I saw this guy from Pittsburgh over Christmas who was funny, David Kaye.

My all time favorite was Carlin.

Right now Brian Regan and Jim Jeffries....Before that my kick was Lewis Black and Ron White

Checkout Brian Regan's stuff....his facial expressions and delivery is top notch...also..Jim Jeffries if you love hearing controversial stuff. He reminds me of Carlin.

These two were HILARIOUS when they FIRST came out.

Chris Rock
Larry the Cable Guy

Funny as hell at first, but once they hit it big, they kinda got old. I still like Rock, though.

Mitch Hedberg is by far my fav. He was simple and creative, didn't need to go on and on telling long stories.
