When is game time? I'm too old and lazy to look it up myself.
Go Tribe! Get up and over .500.

I don't doubt you but that cannot be true, can it? That is the saddest stat I have ever heard. I am at the 'anybody but him' stage at this point. He is a dreadful starter.Con_Alma;1609289 wrote:June 29, 2011 = Carrasco's last win. Change that tonight???

Looks like he had a win last year. No record in '12.

That might have been out of the bullpen. His last win as a starter may very well have been in 2011.Con_Alma;1609321 wrote:Beat the Angels last year on August the 20th. That's it.

In their lineup tonight, the Tigers lowest BA was .258. The Indians only started 3 total players tonight with a better BA.
And Carrasco is just dreadful. Hard to watch. Single and triple to start the game. How much more do they have to see? He will clear waivers if he is out of options. Nobody is going to want this guy.

How much longer does the Carasco experience need to last before Antonetti will just fess up that he blew it and the guy is not a starting pitcher in the major leagues?
Ignoring the colossal misjudgement on Harang, watching Hudson, Kazmir and some of these other free agent pitchers that took short 2 year deals for around $11-12 million a season have success while we are subjected to the Carasco's o the world is infuriating.
I get that we have been priced out of the Dollar Store and now have to exclusively shop at "just a buck" (where everything really is just a dollar), but for God sakes if the Dolan's think $11-12 million is way too rich for competent starting pitching then we are doomed.
He is not pitching deep into games, and has given up at least 4 earned in every start he's made. That is not sustainable.
Bring up Bauer already and give Carasco his walking papers.
