Someone dug up W&G's post from May 23, 2010 stating he thought LeBron was a goner based on him distancing himself from people in the organization. I think as it got closer he thought it was leaning more towards the Cavs. I'll look tomorrow for that post if you care. On my phone snd it was reposted like 150 pages back in the LeBron safari thread over there.

It wasn't a very good question.

Two superstars, one of those being the best player in the world. #1 overall pick in back to back years, decent supporting cast. Obviously they are championship caliber.

If Anthony doesn't go to the Bulls, then the Cavs with Lebron are the Eastern Conf favorites in Vegas. I would imagine by a large margin.

Just asking everyone's opinion is all. I think they would be too obviously with a bright future. Lebron might be able to raise Andy's game again as well if he is still there.

Floss is tight with Lebron. The Cavs are in Vegas for their summer league, but I don't see why the team would be having any Nike party? And like the comment says..Lebron logo on bball.....

That report has been refuted by multiple plugged in sources. Doesn't mean he's not coming, just means that may not be truth.

Even if Melo does go, DRose is an unknown at this point. I played against a dude today who plays in Switzerland professionally and he said he recently played against Derrick Rose in some summer thing. The jist of the story is that he said DRose was terrible, couldn't score and couldn't defend anyone. Said it looked like he had lost all passion to play the game after being out for two years basically. Take it with a grain of salt or whatever but DRose may never even be close to what he was before. His entire game was based on athleticism.

His stock is lower than ever right now, you couldn't trade him for Aaron Craft at this point.

Melo to Chicago and Rose back make Chicago a better team than Cleveland with Lebron. But it doesnt matter because he wont end up in Chicago

I kinda doubt Derrick Rose would be putting up much effort in an off season pick up game, or show any real passion for playing pick up in the summer lol. I dont think hell be 100% of what he is, but even 80-90% of what he was is better than almost every PG in the NBA

I disagree, DRose isn't the player he was, plus they won't be able to play off of each other with chemistry. They both need the ball in their hands and are ball stoppers. They would be good but not better than those Cavs. All hypothetical of course because we don't know what's going to happen, doesn't look like Melo is going to go to Chicago.
