They were the best team in the east yesterday, this gives them a major chance to win multiple titles in the next few years.

Are you a bigger fan of Cleveland or Miami now?

Bad trade. Hope I'm proven wrong. My opinion is that KLove is a stat stuffer on a bad team but he is playing with LBJ so maybe it'll be okay. I think a core of LBJ, Wiggins, and Irving is much stronger than what we have now and much stronger in the future.

Until 3/5 of the starting line-up misses 100+ games combined.

I guess we will see once the season starts. My prediction is Love turns out to be what I thought he was in Minnesota, slightly above average player who padded stats on a bad team.

Again, I hope I'm wrong.

Minnesota was above .500 with Love in the lineup last year. They had the 10th best point differential in the league, and finished with an expected W/L of 49-33. Basically, they were tough luck losers of a lot of close games.

Either he put up monster stats on what was, at worst, a decent team, or he's a good enough player to elevate a shit roster to respectability.

Either way, the big stats bad team argument doesnt really jive.

Right because he's going to average 26-12 on the Cavs. Sorry, but no.

No but he could get 20 and 15 while shooting career highs from the field and 3. He never got good looks playing on a bad team. Playing with Lebron he will get much better shots.

Unless the Cavs are scoring 120 ppg, probably not. There are only so many basketballs on the court. He'll also have a helluva lot more impact than Mr Developmental (Wiggins) would've had over the next 3-5 years.

We can't use any positive predictions for wiggins because he's never played a game in the NBA. But you can say without any doubt that he won't have as big an impact as we think he will?

The hypocrisy is strong with this one

Exactly. Wiggins at worst is a defensive asset who doesn't need the basketball in hands because he's option #3 at best. You can't say that about Love and Irving.

And Love has no other skill (see rebounding, passing in the transition game) other than scoring?

Pretty much yes. His rebounding will diminish heavily having LBJ and AV out there.

With Andy/Love/Kyrie on the same roster we might lead the free world in missed games by our starters.

All I know is this better not turn out like the last time Gilbert (in his infinite wisdom) went with a first time GM/Coach when he had Lebron and failed to land a championship.

We already saw Griffin give up more than any other GM in history trading an expiring star, and now we have all our future money locked up with 2 of the most injured "superstars" that have never lead their teams to anything but a lottery appearance.

Thank God we have Lebron back because this would have clusterfuck written all over it without him.

When games were close in the Olympics Kevin Love was one of the 5 players on the court for Team USA along side Lebron. That is enough to convince me he isn't the product of a bad team. He is a better version of Bosh. He shoots from the outside better then Bosh. Grabs rebounds better then Bosh.
