Officials in UK/KSU game should be sent home and asked not to return. How do you miss that obvious over and back call?

Not 100% sure on this but pretty sure both feet need to have crossed the line as well but that didn't happen so wasn't an over and back.

Correct. He was never established in the front court. Therefore it cannot be a back court violation.
