I did set him as a miserable user. He hasn't bitched about it yet. I'm fine banning him or adjusting the miserable user settings to make it even more annoying for him. Either way I doubt he will ever pay.

I'm just negging him whenever I think about it now. If we all work together, we might be able to get him down to red, soon. Or we can just go into his profile and do it all in one swoop.
