If it's on the internet and especially if it has a video on Youtube it must be real.

I need to go back to college. I want to major in psychology and human behavior. I find so much irony in what is crazy versus what is normal depending on the circumstance.

Do you actually believe that a manipulation of THAT scale is even possible? Don't get me wrong... I'm all for conspiracy theories, b/c I think any government on planet motherfucking earth is corrupt and authoritarian in principle... But THIS big?

Can't say I'm a true believer but yea, I do wonder sometimes.

Well, if this is true, then I'd suggest HAARP is run by liberals....because I don't think a single significant hurricane made landfall during the Obama years. At least a few during Bush, and BAM! two in Trump's first year.

This is definitely not a thing. And I love conspiracy theories.

"In May 2014, the Air Force announced that the HAARP program would be shut down later in 2014. While experiments ended in the summer of 2014, the complete shutdown and dismantling of the facility was postponed until at least May 2015. In mid-August 2015 control of the facility and its equipment was turned over to the University of Alaska Fairbanks, which is making the facilities available for researchers on a pay-per-use basis.[SUP]"

The latest and greatest is called "eiscat" and has locations in Finland, Norway and Sweden.

"The Heater is used for ionospheric modification experiments applying high-power transmissions of high-frequency electro-magnetic waves to study plasma parameters in the ionosphere. The name Heating stems from the fact that these high power electromagnetic waves, which are transmitted into the ionosphre with high-gain antennas, heat the electrons and thus modify the plasma state. To create plasma turbulence, the transmitted frequencies have to be close to the plasma resonances, which are 4 to 8 MHz."
