NYC Time Square is being cordonned off after evacuating the NASDAQ Building. Suspicious white van with tinted windows and perhaps a tarp covering front window. The van has been parked there for 48 hrs.

ahh, so glad I am off from work and not in the city today. With New Year's Eve now about 35 hours away, I will be staying as far away from Times Square as possible ...
