I watched the movie Youth yesterday. It has Michael Caine, Harvey Keitel, Rachel Weisz and Jane Fonda (fuck her). I really wanted to like it. And there were some definite things I can relate to about getting older. (I'm not nearly 80, but I'm definitely not as young as I used to be. Lol) The acting was pretty good, but there was just something about it that didn't click for me. I would give it a 5 out of 10.

Original. I was a 4 fan for a long time, and still love it. But hasn't held up as well, IMO.

Yeah, about the same for me. 1 has that original grit and 4 is much more glam. Do like the training part in russia though.

Ever see the documentary of The Real Rocky?

It dragged I felt. Same thing over and over...and his girlfriend in it was a pain in the butt.

I saw it about a month ago. Thought it was ok nothing special and didn't really get into a lot of details or anything .I guess if you didn't know much of anything about Jesse Owens it would have been good.

Spectre 7/10 - I'm a big fan of Christophe Waltz, he's amazing in anything. Admittedly, I had to put the movie on mute during the torture scene. I'm a wuss when it comes to stuff like that.

Black Mass - 8/10 - I actually with this movie were longer. Or at least went more in depth about Whitey Bulger's life. I had no idea Benedict Cumberbatch was in this. I thought he was great too. His acting chops are phenomenal.

I agree, if you know nothing about the story you would rate the movie high like 8/10.

If you know the background you may rate it much lower just from information left out. I would say 6/10. It was overall a good movie.

Saw the Conjuring 2 tonight. I'll give it a solid 7.5. Followed the same formula as the first, but it was well done.

The Conjuring 2 - 6.5/10. I was pretty bored for half the movie, but it got more exciting toward the end.

Finding Dory. 7/10. I thought it was funny. I mean it's a little kids movie anyway. I still prefer the original though

The Hobbit & The Hobbit: Desolation of Smaug. Both 8/10. I know nothing about the LOTR franchise, but the movies have always been entertaining. I saw this one on TBS or TNT (I don't remember, I DVR'd it). I wish I had watched it in the theaters. Had no idea Benedict Cumberbatch voiced Smaug. I swear this dude is in everything.

Central Intelligence. It was ok, nothing great, but not bad.
Didn't go there intending to see that movie but got there late and it was the latest to start.

Loved it. This one is also good, but at the end of the day, it's a sequel.

The Shallows - 6/10. Entertaining, and Mrs. Reynolds looked hot AF for the first half of the movie.
