I understand that there are those out there who overuse the reverse racism card, just as there are those out there who overuse the racism card. However, I can't see this as being anything but a violation.

Sexual harassment is sexual harassment - it's not females that are a protected class but "sex".

I doubt the liberal media will have anything to say about this, but it would be interesting if they would try to defend a female CEO or diminish the seriousness of the comment.
