Think I read an article of a guy who that that number in california. He used it as a secondary number and just had voicemail/answering machine set up to listen to all the wierd messages. Said it was worth the extra money for the comedic value

Back when pagers were popular I used to prank page my buddy with this number with either a 216 or 330 area code in front of it. Dumbass fell for it a few times.
