FML, we got moles. Never had moles in the yard, but the fuckers made their way in. It's apparent that dogs won't dig and eat up moles, as I've got two, and they haven't done shit.

What are some good methods to get rid of moles?

get a cat. the neighbors cat will stare at a mole hole for as long as it takes and swipe them as soon as they pop up.

Try pouring some Keystone Light down the mole hole. One sip, boom. Cardiac arrest. No more mole.

OK, not really, my dad has used those in ground mole traps pretty effictively.

I'll try Keystone, but they cannot have any of my Pumking.

Will probably have to get some in-ground mole traps.

What's the trick to in-ground mole traps?

The in-ground traps are a pain in the ass. I use those battery-powered stakes along the perimeter...they keep them out pretty effectively.

you have moles because you have grubs. Get rid of the grubs. Go to the hardware store and get a treatment for your lawn.

What, then the moles will just up and leave? Is it just a topical treatment? Should I get rid of the moles, along with the grubs?

Few years ago the neighbor and I got moles /voles in our yards. He has two cats but still not effective, we tried every thing, sulfur bombs, diesel fuel, human piss, cat litter, ammonia… scew those traps and poison crap ...nothing worked.
I down a tree and it sat for about a year at the far end of my property, I was cutting it up and found a Garter snake. Ding ding ding … I took the snake and put it down one of the mole/voles mounds. They Gone and never to return … now I have no idea where the snake is but I think it followed the retreat of the mole/voles.
It took about one week and they where gone. The snake was about 18 inch long so it was not a small Garter snake.

Get ride of grubs and the mole/voles will go ... BS they also eat worns, ants and when you spray for grubs they just die and the mole eat them and move to the other area of your yard where grubs are coming back...

Snake kills them and their babies ... Mole Be Gone

Hope this helps.

No, no, no. Gotta let them bastards get your fingers a couple of times first. Then read the directions.

You don't have to take them out to dinner or buy them gifts , snaks is a tool to remove moles ... simple

This is for gophers but it may also pertain to getting rid of moles.

But then...if you get rid of the snakes, the moles would come back. And then you'd have to get another snake to get rid of the moles. And then when you got rid of the snakes again, the moles would come back.

Surprised it took 20 posts before someone posted that.

Yeah, I was looking for the old cartoon that had two moles, or gophers, or chipmunks that were overly polite and always terrorized a farmers garden but couldnt remember what it was.

Every time moles have invaded our yard we killed the grubs and the moles moved on shortly after. I did not read belly's post.
