The Heat just ran into a more talented and better executing team. It wasn't a contrast in styles, it was the Spurs getting every look they wanted and frustrating the Heat on offense because they realized how much worse Lebron's supporting cast was this year. It was team ball vs. team ball, and the Spurs team was way better.
I don't like defending the Heat but I need to point out and correct people when I think their comments have no basis in reality.

Yeah the Spurs play a completely different style than anyone in the league. Ball moves faster than any player can. Miami looked old, slow and beat up. The role players provided nothing, only Lebron showed up and played well. I think the Heat would have beaten the Thunder who play the "street ball" that Derek Bomar's talking about and don't put pressure on all 5 defenders like the Spurs constant ball movement offense did.
