Josh Gordon has been pretty good for me these last four weeks. But he had Hoyer throwing him the ball for 2.5 games. Jacoby Jones is coming back from an injury, but...it's Jacoby Jones. We've seen what he can do. Do you think I'd be taking a risk that Jones will be ineffective against Pittsburgh? Or go with Gordon with a crappy signal caller?
Would you start Gordon or Jones?

Gordon. #1 WRs with that much talent just put up numbers no matter what.

All you need to know is that Josh Gordon has 43 targets in 4 games this season, an average of 10.75 targets per game. You would be insane not to play him ever. He's a top 15 WR the rest of the way, in my opinion.

Gordon 100%. Doesn't matter who is throwing the ball to him. He has 11 catches, 1 TD and 200+ yards in 2 games with Weeden throwing him the ball.

Yeah this shouldn't even be a discussion or hard choice. It's Gordon. Gordon could have the best CB in the game on him and it would still be Gordon.

I have Gordon and am actually looking to shop him. I think his numbers will go down as the season goes on. Weeden just isn't very good and defenses will adjust to that with more double teams and safety help on Gordon.

Weeden's numbers and Hoyer's numbers for Gordon are almost identical.
Weeden to Gordon : 11 catches - 212 yrds - 1 TD
Hoyer to Gordon : 14 catches - 217 yrds - 1 TD
Hoyer has targeted more. 28 to 15
Weeden to Gordon : 11 catches - 212 yrds - 1 TD
Hoyer to Gordon : 14 catches - 217 yrds - 1 TD
Hoyer has targeted more. 28 to 15

I'm saying I am predicting his numbers to fall. I realize his numbers have been fine with weeden.Nate;1519325 wrote:Weeden's numbers and Hoyer's numbers for Gordon are almost identical.
