He's having a down year and was just dropped in one of my leagues. My QBs are Romo and Wilson. I have Gronk sitting on my bench. I also have Thompkins (still). Should I take a flier on Tom in the hopes that he gets his shit together soon or just roll with what I have? If that offense starts clicking when Gronk comes back I could be looking at some pretty big weeks.

I would easily drop Wilson and pick up Brady. I don't know if I'd be starting him over Romo but definitely would pick him up. Or as Laley said just get rid of some shitty flex guy.

with the QBs you have, I wouldn't waste my waiver slot for him
