Ive only seen him on the Browns threads, and I have banned him after the first troll post. Havent had an issue on those threads.
But, like I said, I dont frequent a lot of threads that he ends up posting on...

I don't think he's as bad anymore. All he really does is drink too much and have a bad sense of humor. He basically just makes bad jokes and people either ignore him or lightly rib him, and he rolls with the punches

I agree with this. He's harmless. Tiernan has singlehandedly ruined the Browns season and week-by-week threads... do we think he's a candidate for thread bans?
