Post away. Trying to drink myself to sleep (problem), but it's not working. Watching Pryor dominate.

Not necessarily an insomniac, but after having the weekend off, I go back to work at 11pm Monday, so I try to stay awake later tonight and sleep in.

After working third-shift at UPS through part of college and also never doing a paper on time, and thus having to pull all-nighters three or four nights a week on the regular, I pretty much destroyed my regular human sleeping pattern and basically became an owl. Ambien worked great for me. Took that for about six months and got back on track, but that soon faded which led to a codeine problem. I sleep like a baby most of the time, though. Good luck with your alcohol technique.

In all seriousness, sleeping problems suck. Mine have gotten considerably better, though, thankfully.

If I get 6 hours of good sleep I'm doing great.

Try living a healthier life style, and maybe you wouldn't have so many problems.

Stayed up until TP finally had an incomplete pass. Think he started like 9-10 and 2 tds.....something like that. He looks a heck of a lot better as a pro than he did in college.

Was up at 4am for work...think I slept a couple hours last night.

My sleep pattern is dumb.

No problems sleeping. I love it and am very good at it.

I did take a Lunesta once, though and it was great.

Think all I did was sleep this weekend. Last thur-monday I slept 4,3,0,4 hours on 4 consecutive nights and was dragging the rest of the week so being lazy this past weekend was a welcome sight

I love sleeping -- it's the getting out of bed part I have trouble with because I'm all comfortable and shit and most days, getting out of bed means I have to get ready for fucking work. Usually, if I have trouble falling asleep, it's because I'm sick. Sometimes the Nyquil will work to put me out then, but sometimes, just the general feeling of not being healthy will keep me awake. And a lot of the times where it does put me out, I'll wind up waking up about 4 a.m. and have trouble falling back asleep.

Yeah, wtf, I remember Arsenio being much cooler back in the early '90s, but then again I was six and also thought Garfield was the best show on TV.

If Fox doesn't cancel Arsenio before Thanksgiving, I'd be surprised. He's worse than Magic Johnson.

I've heard people say smoking the pot also helps with sleep.

Too inconvenient and easily detectable to take regularly. Plus, I'd rather not become reliant on a marijuana dealer to get to sleep each night. At least I can get my drugs of choice at Walgreen's.

check the ingredients on pre-packaged sleep aids.....those that are labelled "sleep aids" are about 16 times the cost of the generic ingredients packaged as other things. For instance...benadryl, an inexpensive antihistamine is the main ingredient of these 'sleep aids', and can be purchased for about $4 for a bottle of 100 at Wally world. The same applies to other ingredient which is tylenol or ibuprofen. Packaged together and sold as a 'sleep aid'...and the cost skyrockets:cry:
