Defense was the key again as the Greenwave posted a 59 to 40 win over Utica. Trailing at the half 28-27 Newark Catholic (7-0) went on a 32 to 12 run in the 2nd half to secure the win. They travel down to Fisher Catholic wednesday night to face the Irish.

Yea the crowd was kind of big for a week night game . Utica had a nice crowd and our crowd was alright. As the season wears on and if they can stay undefeated I think the crowds will get even bigger than they are now. I seen many people that have not been there for a while at the game tonight.

Good to see the Green Wave was able to overcome such a bad half and pull out the win in this one.
