Can someone explain to me how these work? I have DISH, and we have two hardlines run off of main Hopper, but both on main floor. I want to watch TV in our bedroom, but it'll be a nightmare to run coaxial cable to it. I'd like to watch DISH in the bedroom, or have access to my DVR in the bedroom. According to the lovely people at DISH, what they offer will only allow me to access my content on mobile devices, and not an actual TV. They provide the Sling Adapter. Is this different than the slingbox? I'm cornfused on this shit.
tl;dr - How do I access DISH content on another TV, with NO wires?

If you took 3 minutes to Google "Sling Adapter" you'd easily find an engadget article that reviewed and explained how the damn thing worked.

If you want Dish content on another tv, then get another receiver and run the coax.

I have a sling adapter that i never use, but it works just like a regular slingbox mainly. As long as you have video output from your phone or tablet, it will work fine.
