Glad Hamilton isn't getting any at-bats. We need these wins against shitty teams..

No kidding. How the hell does the Reds sweep the Dodgers and then get their asses kicked by the Cubbies?

Brook Jacoby will definitely rally these guys. He's worth his weight in gold.

I gave them the monday game as a loss. Was a good played game, close, but last night was just an absolute joke,

Anyone think Cingrani reaggravated anything in his last start when he bunted for a hit and stole a base

Leake gets the first two hitters on 7 pitches, then a walk and double, but gets out of it with a zero using 18 pitches for the inning.

Paul gets the "easy" RBI, and sets up Cozart for one, and he gets it -- 2-0.

Two runs on four poorly hit balls, then another one falls in and serves to clear the #9 spot in the 2nd.

Meso with a 429 footer to make it 3-0. Leake starting the 6th with 92 pitches, so Dusty needs to be prepared to pull the trigger quickly on reliever.

Dusty gets Leake out at the right time! First batter grounds out on the 2-0 pitch, next batter is 3-0 and then gets out on the 7th pitch, but 3rd batter doubles after he had a 1-2 count. 107 pitches with 72F dewpoint. Hoover gets the last out of the 6th with no damage.

402' 3 run Johnson by Hannahan opens it up to 6-0, and begets some smiles!

Jack Hannahan with a fuck you blast as I was telling everyone I am with how much he sucks. He hit it and the people in front of my were like "nice reverse psychology" lol.

Cozart's hitting streak bites the dust, but his RBI early to double the lead was much more critical to today's result than extending a hitting streak!

Much needed win as the Pirates swept the series at Texas.

15 in a row retired by Lohse

Lohse just carving them up, and getting all the apparently correct calls when he's right on the edges of the strike zone. But Latos snake-bit on some good pitches, bloop hits, and poor defense. Of course the Reds single run came on bloop hits and poor defense, but with bases loaded and no out in the 2nd due a lot to luck, still very disappointing to only get a single run.

First two Reds in the 7th get good wood, but at-em balls to give Lohse 18 in a row, but not getting the #9 spot up puts Latos back out on the mound to at least start the 7th.

Segura can really run being easily safe at first on a bunt that wasn't that good that Hannahan played very well!

After Hoover's first two pitches, it doesn't look like he's got "it" tonight!

Hoover fails on his two batters, then leaves the game in favor of Duke. Gomez gets all 5 RBI so far on some poorly hit balls. Best Reds can hope for is to not lose any more ground. Pitt has lost, and hopefully Cards won't be able to pull their game out either.
