Trying to set up a money league on yahoo. First time doing this. Doesn anyone have experience with it? How does yahoo do it? Through paypal? Do they take a cut?

Never have done a pay league through yahoo but have used yahoo for pay leagues for about 10 years now. I don't think it's even possible to do it through them(or even any mainstream site). If you find out different, please let me know. It would save a lot of trouble for a few of the leagues I am in.

Is it with people you know?

If so, use Paypal or have them just pay you personally.

I dont think Yahoo!, ESPN, etc can legally have a pay league...or at least, I doubt they would even if they could technically do it legally.

I do a league through yahoo and don't use them for money. Just have my own Paypal account. Everyone pays me then at the end of the season I disperse the money.

May put it in a CD for 6 months and make 10 bucks (lol) off it this year. Gotta pay myself as commish sooner or later.

I do my league thru yahoo but I collect the money personally. I have in the past done Yahoos leagues for money I think they have a $20 $50 and $100 league you could join. I think they took 10% if I remember right. Also had an issue with one guy dropping all his players when he didn't make they playoffs and they were quick to swoop in and adjust the rosters back to normal.
