Yes he will. I honestly think right now he is better than his receivers. I would think that PSU may get a big time wr this recruiting class. If I was a HS sr, I would want to go play with Hackenberg.

Agreed that throw on that pass interference in the end zone was pretty damn impressive for a freshman. He's going to be pretty damn good in a year or 2
