Yeah, I agree with LJ. For me, it's less about using that specific word, even though I don't like it, then it is about engaging users like that. I am fine with disagreements. But, again, it doesn't look good when moderators are flinging insults around like that.

Well, to be technical (semantics argument!), he didn't call him a retard. He told him not to "play retard". Which is basically a crude way of telling someone not to obfuscate stupidity.
I guess my response to the whole thing, on the other hand, might be more of the "no-no", since I said he wasn't playing. So, yeah...whoops!
