We have an overload of "beef for stew" packages in the freezer and I want to start using them up. Also, it's July so I don't want stew (or any other type of soup). Most of the stuff I am finding with a google search are soups. I hope your posts help.

My wife just sent me a recipe for tacos but this also sounds good. And helps. Thanks.

What should you do with your 'beef for stew'? Make beef stew, or just give it to Stew and let him decide.

When Belly was Poor Stew Meat Kabobs

2 lb. Stew Meat or More
2 cans cheap Beers .. Duke, Red White and Blue, Blatz, Black Label (NO LITE SHIT)
3/4 cup oil
Salt, pepper, garlic powder (tablespoon each)
Onions, Green, Red Pepper, mushrooms (whatever you put on your Kabobs)

In a large roaster type pan add everything together cover and marinate, refrigerate for 6 hours or more
remover, skewer and grill

Grill the meat until a good brown or darker grilling look all around. You can use the marinate to season while grilling.

Meat will be tender, great grilling flavor

Heat it up in a skillet, or just eat it cold

The more fats you add to the meat, the more tender it will be. If you marinate it in something that is oil based or cook it with extra fat you do just about anything with it. If you have a meat grinder you can made some good ground beef by cutting in some sausage or bacon. Fry it in bacon fat and put it on salad. Marinate it in chipotle seasoning grill it up and put it on tacos.
