I was driving down Milnor when I saw a dog run across Refugee. The girlfriend and I get out and grab some cheese-its(all we had in car) to go after the dog. It was walking through the brush for a few minutes. We finally got it to come to us. I was able to pick him up easily. We drove around a little bit to see if anyone was looking for him. He's very docile and just chills the whole time. On the drive to Pataskala, he just laid in my lap. We bathed him and fed him. Going to the vet today to see if he's microchipped. He doesn't play much(my beagle was trying). Not sure if he's happy, sad, scared, or anything. Doesn't show any emotion.

He's a Shiba Inu. So I know someone is looking for him. Those can't be cheap dogs. If no one claims him though, we've already decided to keep him.

Hopefully if the owner is looking they'll be able to find you. If not, at least he's in a good home.

I've posted on all the sites I posted on when the beagle went missing. So I'm doing my part. I find it odd that the owners haven't yet.

I knew it was an expensive dog. I've never seen one before.

There is a Shiba rescue group in Cincy is where my daughter found our dog a few years ago. They have Huskies too I think. http://tristateshiba.org/

Keep it away from my wife...she'll feed him an entire bag of donuts.

So basically you stole someone's dog?!? Did you alert the local shelter that you had it? It's very possible that the owners don't use social media.

Or the owners leave the dog outside while they're at work and it escaped somehow.

I hope I look that good at 50.
My around the way neighbors leave their dog out with a bowl of water and a small shade tree. I just brought it water and a tray of ice cubes I swear it smiled at me .

With the current humidity, it probably did. Fuck those owners.
