We are having our Attack System Small Group Training program again in January for Lightweights on Sundays.
Times: 6:00 - 7:30 PM on Sundays
Dates: January 3, 10, 17, 24
Cost: $120 per athlete
Location: Home Training Facility in Reynoldsburg.
Each athlete will receive a shirt or shorts, whichever we are giving away this month.
This is our High School Lightweight group, for athletes between 103-119 lb weight classes. We are now opening this group up to Advanced Junior High lightweight athletes, including athletes as low as 75 lbs. All athletes need to be advanced, and mature enough to handle instruction and tough training.

Online Signup is available, and it is advisable to utilize this to hold your spot. We only take around 10 athletes per group, so each wrestler will get a lot more personal instruction.
