Any other Sports Night fans out there?
I just got the full collection(2 seasons) for Christmas and I have no idea how I've not gotten it before now. I was only 12-14 when the show ran originally but even then it was the only show I would want to be home to watch. As soon as I got home last night I watched the entire first disc and it's still as great as I remember it.

Loved that show. Went way before its time.

Anything by Aaron Sorkin is amazing! Sports Night, the first four seasons of West Wing, Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip. The only unfortunate thing is that his stuff is probably too good (read: smart) for general consumption.

Great show, I have it coming up on my netflix cue, but I do really need to buy it, I have a lot of co-workers that should see it.

I pretty much agree with everything you just said. Except the part about getting to your house and watching the entire first disc.Terry_Tate wrote: Any other Sports Night fans out there?

But, I was also 12 or so when the show started to run, and I never wanted to miss it.

Loved the show. Way ahead of it's time. ABC marketed the show all wrong.
Have the DVD's, next time I'm sick for a few days, they'll get watched again.
