Cingrani a much better baserunner than Votto! And I'm talking smartness much more than speed, which is far superior to Votto also. Tony doesn't get doubled up on that line drive, and when he got the bunt hit, made sure not to make a move that could be construed as an attempt to go to 2nd until after he saw the throw get past the back-up man. He was ready to go much earlier but took a stance and waited to see if it would get by.
