Dover High Grad Perci Garner, who pitches for the Philadelphia Phillies Class A Advanced Clearwater Threshers was recently selected to the Class A Advanced All-Star Team. Perci is having a tremendous year! He is 5-0 with a 2.78 era. He could definitely see a promotion to Double A Reading before the year is over.

Good for him and hope he can continue his rise.
