Wasn't sure where to put this. B1G is adding men's and women's lacrosse, and Johns Hopkins will be an affiliate member of the conference.

Men's:
Johns Hopkins
Maryland
Michigan
Ohio State
Penn State
Rutgers

Women's:
Maryland
Michigan
Northwestern
Ohio State
Penn State
Rutgers

I wonder if that means Johns Hopkins is a member of the CIC now?

I like it. And yeah, Hopkins is a CIC school. I read that somewhere.

And yeah, I hope this opens to door to add in more hockey clubs. I really want Miami to join the B1G. Good academics and a great history.

I smoked pot with Johnny Hopkins. It was Johnny Hopkins, and Sloan Kettering, and they were blazin that shit up everyday.

I don't see Miami every joining as a full member.

Love it. Having JHU and Maryland in with them is massive. Hope this opens doors to more hockey teams joining as well.

Why?
Just as hockey only, I can see it. They have a better history than OSU, and are on par with OSU in academic rankings (better in some).
As a full member no way. But, just hockey, I can and hope to see it.

I've been to many a Miami hockey games, old Gog and the new one, and they are awesome.

Mich State will most likely bring back lacrosse as a Varsity sport now too. They were Varsity until a few years ago but went Club.
