Is the present scandal on the IRS a perfect justification for new tax laws and system?
Is this where the downsizing of the IRS and a flat tax is suggested and or a VAT tax system only be implemented?

Spoke with an IRS agent directly, and the IRS is, too, a victim of sequestration.
