I'm not sure what to think about this!!! Something crazy/shady is going on.

ps: Amendment IV

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Need more info on the situation. California has domestic violence laws that mandate arrest in certain situations.

Video's like this can be deceiving. In this instance we really don't have enough information about the situation to judge it properly. It seems like they were responding to reports of domestic violence. It's possible that there have been reports like this before and a credible concern. There are certainly enough situations were a spouse will make a report then recant it to protect the abuser or recant it because they are afraid of further abuse. Just because both are at the door saying there is no violence doesn't make it true.

There could have been enough circumstances to give them probable cause to come in.

But ya, the video doesn't look good without any outside information.

And was that a guy screaming or a girl?

Was it the guy that got tasered? Agree we need more info, but IMO he deserved it for being such a dick to cops responding to a DV call. Based on what I saw, he's probably guilty :D

I do find it odd that the wife is DEAD silent the entire time, until they launched the taser and then, I admit it, I chuckled.

judging by the douchiness of the guy filming, I'm sure they set up the cops with a DV call first.
