This is exactly what I've been talking about. Congress needs to step in. There is no reason for hot pepper flakes to be easily accessible.

Crazy that humans can act the way they do.

But I though Pit Bulls were harmless. What kind of punishment would that be?

GOSH A RUDDIES, isadore disagrees. Someone should have gone up those people and simply asked "are you okay?" at some point and things would have good.
