I went ahead and changed it.
Since ****** is blocked, and that's a thread title trying to get around the blocked word, it seemed warranted.
I didn't give out any infractions or anything as we haven't done that for "profanity" in titles before, and I don't see a reason to unless a person is doing it repeatedly to disrupt.
This was just ETB being an idiot.
