This is how it should be though. I hate going to sporting events and the person performing the song tries to make it "their version" instead of singing it like it should be so no one else can actually sing with them.

But a great thing nonetheless.

I always love when people say its just entertainment. In many ways, yes, it is. But it also can change the whole spectrum of a city (not to mention the obvious benefits and downfalls on individuals). Economy, quality of life, etc. And no, I do not think that is exaggerating at all.
