Ya, ActionJackson popped up around the same time Sleeper was banned. But so far they haven't had a similar IP.

IP is a Bright House one, which is mainly east coast, Florida, Indy, and outside of Detroit.

Hes used proxies. Hes had user names banned that the ip's didn't match. He slipped up in a post that gave it away that it was him.

The thing that makes me think it isn't him is it's a legit ISP in Bright House Networks, therefore most likely not a proxy.
