The trucking company for which I used to work rolled an entire tank truck of non-denatured ethanol years ago (basically grain alcohol used to make blended whiskeys and foo-foo drinks). When we when to transfer the contents, two (armed) federal agents watched the entire process, then sealed the load when we were finished.
I was told the stuff isn't taxed until it's blended into the actual beverag - hence they don't want anyone taking off with the goodies. Don't know if that's factual or not.
