Average Joe or Jane asking celebrities to be their date for a social event.

Nice of Mila Kunis to go to the dance with the soldier, but it need not continue to be a trend. Latest is some high school kid asking Kate Upton to the prom. Here's an idea, if you want a memorable experience, try having an original idea.

What else is mildly interesting once, but shouldn't become a bandwagon idea?

Eff who else has done it. If asking gets me close to Mila Kunis, then to hell with it being an original idea or not.

Not sure why you'd want to go with someone you wouldn't have a chance to bang afterwards.

I think it just highlights our society's emphasis and adoration of pop culture and similarly our incessant need for things that will make us appear more valuable by association with them (either other people or material things).

Yeah..i said that after a second service member did the same thing awhile back.

To be honest..if I am goin to ask someone out for a social event I am gonna try to get the best looking woman whom I have a pretty good chance of hooking up with. These celebs that do this....they arent hooking up with these people so I dont know why they would bother. Would be more of a hassle then what you get out of it.

He went to Ashland community college. To answer your question, no I have not heard from him. Good riddance, this site has been much better with his woman-like passive agressive trolling.

Maybe. But plenty of people would just enjoy hanging out with their favorite celeb for a night (they could always get laid some other night). It may not seem original, but for these people and their circle of friends/acquaintances it's still a pretty unique story. Doesn't have any appeal to me, but I can understand it.

But I bet the novelty wears off real quick for these celeb chicks when they agree to a dance and feel a little chubby against their leg.
