They should have gotten more then 90 and 20 days IMO but at least they are facing some punishment!

They should've gotten a big fine, but no jail time. There's really no reason to use taxpayers money to jail these two. JMHO

Personally I would rather pay a fine then go to jail so I think jail is the best punishment, but that is probably because I am too pretty to go to jail that is why I am afraid of that place.

he received what?? 90 days in jail, with almost all of it being on "work release.." these two are nuts, and honestly I think those kids should go to foster care.. his episode alone on WifeSwap made me think that...

It's gonna take even more taxpayer money to have them in jail for 90 & 20 days. I'm thinkin' like a 25K fine plus paying back the S&R money. Hitting them big in the checkbook will hurt much more than the 90 days in jail.Shoulda gotten more for wasting taxpayer dollars sending the police on a wild goose hunt
