Absurd. The man has a mental disability and a dick hole neighbor that makes fun of him for it. He uses the laughter as a defense mechanism. The neighbor got annoyed with the laughing and called the cops. Then the judge refuses to drop the case. So many assholes in this scenario. The neighbor, the cop, and the judge.

At age 16 while cruising...I got pulled over at the post office and the cop came up to us and asked us which one of us was laughing.....

The McDonalds cop called us in.

There is a special place in hell for anyone involved in moving this case forward!
