I think the previous procedure was just to permanently ban any new names and not change any length of the current ban.

However, in the thread discussing the infraction he got that he was permanently banned to the basement for, Justin said that the post should have just been unapproved.

I think there is some confusion on this topic.

Yeah, I think Justin didnt realize I had gone ahead with the infraction which banned him. Thus, not realized when he said to just unnaprove that he needed to also reverse it.

I am all for banning the name, but not in this instance, since Justin said he shouldnt be banned to begin with.

Yeah, let this name be until the ban is waived IMO
