Anyone else enjoy this tasty little treat? I recently discovered it, and it is really easy to cook, and you can pair it with just about anything.

Much, but not all, of my diet revolves around Vegan foods. Beans, grains and fresh vegetables compliment one another so well.
My favorite grain is hulled barley - also very easy to cook, with a nice flavor to texture. Amaranth and millet are good as well. Although millet is a bit lacking in it's own flavor it picks up flavors from other foods and adds an interesting texture.
I'd like to try teff but have never seen it anywhere yet.

If you are near Cleveland, the West Side Market has a stand with a huge variety of grains, seeds, dried beans etc.

As dried beans go, Adzuki beans are quick cooking with a great flavor and texture.

You can eat it with a fork,
you can eat it with a spoon,
you can eat it in the bedroom or even after noon.
You can eat it at a ballgame,
and when you're very old
If you really really like it, you can even eat it cold.

You can eat it with a fork,
or your favorite baby spoon.
You can eat it in the bedroom,
in the early afternoon.

You can eat it at a ballgame,
when you're very very old.
You can eat it if you really like it,
when it's plain and cold.

There - that's better. Poetry written in haste is intellect gone to waste.

All of the Quiznos near me closed, so I rarely eat it.

Hope this helps

We recently started eating it as well. Tasty and healthy. Not bad at all.
