Roger Clemens statement:
"Yes, this is sad news. I had heard over time that she was trying to get peace and direction in her life. The few times that I had met her and her manager/agent they were extremely nice."
Something about this statement just doesn't seem right. The few times they met? If they only met a few times, his statement wouldn't have been released.

Typically women are less successful at suicide as they go with less violent means (such as overdosing on pills) and can be "saved" by emergency personnel. Men tend to go with more violent means (such as shoving a gun in their mouth and pulling the trigger) which doesn't allow for as much of an opportunity to be saved by emergency personnel.SnotBubbles;1391330 wrote:Me too. News reports I have read state that Clemons had a 10 yr affair with her.
