Never greatly popular but had a little run in country music with about 6 or 7 songs.....smokin hot and then maybe one of the worst mugshots ever. Fiesty...but more of a trainwreck.

I saw her in concert back in the 90's with my Daughter. She opened for George Strait. Sounds like she was quite troubled.

Me too. I watched it. Felt kind of weird...but still would watch again.

She's attempted suicide like 5 times. Like legit attempts. Finally got it done.

I am happy to know that I can still succeed. Thank you Mindy McCready for giving me hope that I can go through with it.

Glad she's dead. Stupid bitch decided to kill her dog before she killed herself. Whatever fake sympathy I had for her vanished when I read that.

Roger Clemens statement:
"Yes, this is sad news. I had heard over time that she was trying to get peace and direction in her life. The few times that I had met her and her manager/agent they were extremely nice."

Something about this statement just doesn't seem right. The few times they met? If they only met a few times, his statement wouldn't have been released.

Typically women are less successful at suicide as they go with less violent means (such as overdosing on pills) and can be "saved" by emergency personnel. Men tend to go with more violent means (such as shoving a gun in their mouth and pulling the trigger) which doesn't allow for as much of an opportunity to be saved by emergency personnel.

News reports I have read state that Clemons had a 10 yr affair with her.
