I can do a lot of different type of work / jobs from driving truck, to pruning flowers but there is one job I just hate …. Plumbing

I can do it, know what to do .. but whatever could go wrong does and it always takes long than expected …

I HATE plumbing. It wouldn't be so bad if they didn't cram it all in under a sink or behind a wall so you can't reach anything or fit comfortably.

Interior painting. I am TERRIBLE at it. I am not sure why I suck so bad at it, but I do. No matter how hard I try, the taping is done poorly and i get paint all over myself and every other surface where it is NOT supposed to be. The good news is my wife knows I suck at this so she essentially forbids me from doing it.

What the one job or type of work you hate doing?
Auto Repair for me.

I got tired of $1,000 repair bills so I fix everything myself now that goes wrong with the car.

Invariably though there is always a bolt that snaps off (usually the last one) or something rusted on that turns what should be an easy job into a fiasco.

Feels good when you're done not shelling out $500-1,000 for repairing what would otherwise be a $50 part, but getting there sometimes can feel like an ordeal. Not unlike your plumbing example (which is another one that I agree sucks).

1) Plumbling
2) Painting
3) Drywall Mud/Tape/Sanding

I actually enjoy drywall fitting and framing walls, but that mudding, taping and sanding sucks.

The added suckitude of plumbing is that your back/knees/fingers/elbows usually pay a price, too.

Repairing a torn liner in a koi pond. Ya think it's finally sealed only to wake up the next morning to a low pond.
Finally got it repaired after two or three patches later.

Friggin' slant eyed koi fish bastards.

After that, among those things I still do for myself, would be dusting.

Roofing I never enjoyed but it's way in my past.
